State Control Nonsense

          National Security Act has been invoked against Varun Gandhi. He could be behind bars for a year under NSA. The Pilibhit district Magistrate has slapped many cases against Gandhi under section 307. This section is generally used for grave offences like attempt to murder. In another case, Supreme Court has taken a stand that bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt cannot contest elections. The apex court is all set to take a similar stand about Varun Gandhi. It simply means that V. Gandhi is now entirely at the mercy of government clerks like UP administrators, central bureaucracy & key persons within judiciary. This is nothing but the state-control non-sense at its peak.

          In short, India's government machinery is being used SELECTIVELY for silencing opponents of pro-muslim secularists ! It began with an absurd directive issued to BJP by moronic Election Commission of India. Not many citizens of India make FREE CHOICES through which these incompetent & biased administrators, judges could have been censured. So, there's no simple way of countering the tyranny of government organs which are dancing to the tunes of privileged, established Haves. Our democracy hasn't matured even after 62 years of independence...
