Inflation & Governance

Inflation within Indian economy is all set to cross 15% mark. "Rising crude oil prices" has become the favourite excuse of finance ministry. Government is straightaway denying the responsibility for fiscal indiscipline. Finance ministry can neither predict nor control the level of inflation. In other word, the mandarins are simply doing the clerical job of recording the inflation figures !
Inflation can be defined in many ways. The SENSEX level & the market capitalisation figures are in direct proportion to the accumulated disturbance created through religious extremism. The main reason for inflation is "more consumption & less production". Indian consumers are NOT paying the full price for what they are consuming. Almost all the government departments have become casino-counters. The process of "capital build-up" has come to a halt. In fact capital has been sold out through disinvestment route. Even oil companies are thinking of selling their shares for procuring oil. This is equivalent to purchasing petrol by selling your car to petrol-pump owner ! Under these circumstances, there is no point in comparing our inflation level with inflation figures of the other countries.
Indirectly, inflation is the result of a tussle between racists & anti-racists. In India, inflation increases if racists lose because of their failure to find a slave population. Only way to control this inflation is to remove the inequality. Exorbitant money has been supplied internally & this money has been cornered by already affluent "haves". That means inflation levels are different for upper cocks & lower cocks. So, upper cocks must be forced to pay more for what they consume. But government is only interested in churning out dream budgets. It justifies its stand by saying that there's no need to tighten the belt because there is no pressure from international community for reducing inflation. Perhaps international authority doesn't want to hurt congress-led government. International pressure for reducing inflation will come into picture only when BJP comes to power !!!
